Originally from Singapore, Sheryo is currently based out of Brooklyn but spends most of her time traveling the world either exhibiting artwork or painting walls. Her art is filled with pop imagery often featuring imperfect gnarly characters such as teeth-baring pizza slices smoking cigarettes and skateboard-riding hot dogs. Sheryo’s style was inspired by the cartoons she watched as a child that influence helped shape the crazy characters you see in her murals.

Working collaboratively with The Yok, they have exhibited and painted in various parts of the world – Mexico, NY, Atlanta, LA, Belgium, Seoul, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia and Cambodia. Sheryo was recently named a top ten street artist to watch in 2013.
